The staff at this facility is very accommodating and meets you with a smile at all times. The office is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere which leaves a positive impression. The physician maintaines professionalism, pleasant and easy to converse with while showing geniuine interest in your care and concerns. She does not rush you when expressing your thoughts or concerns. She has an active listening persona that allows accuracy of your immediate care. My last words are "Kudos" to this office.

The office manager is not dependable but however, the doctor and other staff pay close attention to care of their patients. Dr. Arene is concerned about developing an exact care plan for her patients that will best suit their personal mental health wellbeing.

TMS was truly amazing! It helped my anxiety and ptsd. The dr and her staff, especially Lesley were so caring and made me feel safe. And when I was having a hard day, Lesley would cheer me up. I would recommend this place to anyone with depression, bipolar, anxiety. I have tried everything since I was 15 yrs old, and at 54 yrs old, TMS was able to help Me from the very first day. They are all a blessing to me :)
